By accessing our website, adding a service, or making a payment, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before paying.

General Use

This website and all related content belong to Frosted LLC DBA The Frosted Experience. You may not copy, reproduce, or misuse any materials, images, or text without written permission.

Agreements & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any date or service.
Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to your experience date.
If full payment is not received by that date, your experience will be automatically canceled without refund.
All payments are non-refundable.
Mileage within city limits (22 miles or less) is included. Beyond 23 miles, travel fees apply at $0.60 per mile.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Following setup and cleanup requirements
Preventing damage to Frosted property and equipment
Maintaining respectful and safe environments for all staff

Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, logos, and event concepts produced by The Frosted Experience remain the creative property of Frosted LLC. Clients may not reproduce or resell materials without written permission.

Liability

Frosted LLC DBA The Frosted Experience is not liable for personal injury, equipment malfunction beyond our control, or circumstances caused by weather, venue, or third parties.

Binding Agreement

By signing a contract, submitting payment, or booking through our website, you agree to all terms and policies set forth by Frosted LLC DBA The Frosted Experience.

Return and Refund Policy

We understand that life happens — but due to the nature of our services, we have a firm no-refund policy.

Refunds

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Once a booking or order is placed, funds cannot be returned for any reason.

Cancellations

If a client cancels at any time, all funds paid are forfeited.
Cancellations within 6 weeks of the event will result in automatic loss of booking and deposit.
No refunds are given for client cancellations, no-shows, or failure to complete payment by deadlines.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule prior to the 6-week mark without penalty.
Rescheduling within 6 weeks of the event will be reviewed case by case and may incur additional fees or date restrictions.
If The Frosted Experience must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full credit for rescheduling at a later date.

Acts of God

Weather, illness, or uncontrollable events do not qualify for refunds but may be reviewed for rescheduling options at management’s discretion.
